Pressure-cooked green beans (I love that thing now that I finally figured it out), vegan stuffing and black&white (or salt&pepper) tofu.I messed up an entire loaf of bread in the bread machine; the altitude and rye flour don't get along sometimes; instead of throwing it out though I turned the lumpy dry brick into a delicious side dish. I don't think stuffing should just be served at Thanksgiving, it's way too good for that.
